Shipping/Return Policy

Shipment of your order will happen within 24 to 48 hours of the time it was placed. During sale periods this window may be extended an additional 24 hours to ensure quality control of items purchased.

Sugar Hill E-Liquid does not accept returns of shipped items due to the nature of the product being shipped to you. Damaged or lost items may be replaced pending photographic proof of damage. In the event of parcel loss during transit Sugar Hill E-Liquid will file a claim on your behalf with the shipping company used and a new package will be shipped out at our earliest convenience.

A tracking number will be supplied to you via email at the time a shipping label is printed, please allow up to 3 hours for USPS to update tracking information. For any additional inquires please contact us via our contact us page.
